HISTORY
Rio Frio, Tx has a population that has never exceeded 75 people and was once known as the "Ditch" after an irrigation ditch was dug by the Lomarty Trading Company.

The Rio Frio RV Park & Campground was formerly the Pecan Grove RV Park. It has changed owners several times and has been closed as an RV park for several years.
It was recently purchased in 2021.

Daryl and Veronica are excited to bring you the newly renovated Rio Frio RV Park & Campground. We have worked hard to bring it back better than ever.
Our childhood memories of happy family vacations to the area brought so much joy to us, that we are hoping to bring this joy to you and your families as well.
