- Rio Frio RV Park Property Rules -

RULES MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED

The Rio Frio RV Park terrain can be uneven, rocky, and have areas with holes. Rio Frio RV Park will not be responsible for any injuries or damages caused at our RV park by you, your group, or your pets. By booking with us, you are agreeing to follow our property rules and policies and accept liability for your actions.

Please monitor your children at all times at the river. THERE ARE NOT LIFEGUARDS as this is a live river.
Speed limit is a maximum of 5 miles per hour. UTV/Golf carts can be used from daylight to dusk. NO NIGHT RIDING.
You must have insurance and a driver's license to operate any UTV or golf carts on or around our RV park.
Quiet time is 10 p.m. If you wish to stay up later, please be mindful of other guests and keep noise down to a minimum.
Absolutely ZERO tolerance of cigarette butts thrown on the ground. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
Outside music in the general area should be kept at a level that does not bother other guests.
Local laws mandate NO GLASS bottles, glasses, or styrofoam allowed when floating the river or on the shoreline.
You are responsible for securing your own items and we will not be liable for missing items.
Report any crime or suspicious activity to the Sheriff's Office.
Please notify us if anything on the grounds is in need of attention or in need of repair.
You must be at least 25 years or older to book a site at the Rio Frio RV Park.
No open fires allowed at RV site.

- Rio Frio RV Park Policies -

RATES & OCCUPANCY

A minimum 2 night stay is required during off season and a 3 night stay during peak season.

Peak season runs from May 20 - September 30 and from March 11 - March 27 for Spring Break.

Normal rates are $45 per night and $65.50 per night during peak seasons.

RV site rates include up to the "Maximum Occupancy" at each RV site. An occupant is considered all adults and children from walking age and above.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

RV UTILITY HOOKUPS

RV Site check in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is noon. This means your campsite has been cleared, trash has been removed, and your vehicle is pulling out of the site.

We offer a 30/50 AMPS Electric Hookup for each RV site. Water, sewer, electrical services, and access to a trash dumpster is also provided.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

The deposit required to confirm your reservation is 50% of the total base rate for your stay before tax. The balance of the rental will be due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Any extra fees will be assessed upon departure.

*Please note that a Convenience Fee of 3% of each credit card transaction will be charged. This fee can be avoided by mailing us a check; however, this option will require you to book directly with our office. If you would like to mail a check please send to PO Box 203 Concan, TX 78838. Please address to Rio Frio RV Park.

*Late arrivals and early departures are charged for the entire reserved stay unless previously approved by owner.

*Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit.

*If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund of any money that you have already paid toward the rental.

*Cancellations MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL AND PHONE to avoid any misunderstanding.

*THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO BAD WEATHER.

PET POLICIES

During the peak season, there is a limit of TWO dogs per RV site. Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up droppings and dispose of properly when walking your dog anywhere on the Rio Frio RV Park property or near the river. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS AND ANY HARM THEY MAY DO TO OTHER GUESTS , THEIR PETS, OR ANY DAMAGES TO THE PARK PROPERTY.

VEHICLES & VISITORS

There is a 2 car max for parking on your RV site. This includes the vehicle used to haul your RV.

You may also park 1 UTV/golf cart per RV site.

Please help us with vehicle congestion by parking neatly in designated parking areas only.

NO car parking at the river. There will be designated parking for golf-carts and UTV’s.

Handicapped guests will be accommodated by allowing a drop off and pick up closer to the river.

A MAXIMUM OF 4 VISITORS TO EACH RV SITE IS ALLOWED PER DAY.
